NDN Group will align its business infrastructure throughout Asia Pacific between its Hong Kong headquarters and its new office in Singapore.
Hired Jean Kniss Loh for Asia Pacific Business
To better manage its expanded portfolio, NDN Group has hired Jean Kniss Loh as CMO and CEO for its Asia Pacific business.
Loh will report to Andy Ann, group CEO of NDN Group, and will focus on consolidating the group’s marketing and growing its business in the region.
Loh brings more than 18 years of entrepreneur, consulting, business development, project management and integrated marketing communications experience.
She began her career in Singapore with KPMG, before joining Ogilvy PR Singapore and setting up Arbor Singapore, a boutique PR and communications firm, before relocating to Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, she has held strategic management roles in escalating levels of seniority with global communications firms, including Bite/Text100, FleishmanHillard and Burson-Marsteller.
Latitude Asia will be part of NDN Group
Latitude Asia, a marketing communications and events company co-founded by Loh in 2011, will become part of the NDN Group – enhancing the group’s business portfolio with integrated communications offerings across the markets it operates in.

Appointed Brandon Lee as China head for the Group
Meanwhile, the group has reaffirmed a strategic partnership in China with Brandon Lee appointed as China head for NDN Group.
A native of Hong Kong, Lee is an entrepreneur with a rich experience in business development, publishing, mobile and digital media consulting, with a background spanning industry sectors such as luxury brands, hospitality, hotels and banks. Lee has worked and lived in Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and the US, and started his career in the broadcast media in Hong Kong and Taiwan, with Hong Kong broadcasting companies TVB and ATV.
“Together with Brandon Lee, we have established a committed team of local and global talents in Shanghai to support companies looking to market their brands and products in the region and beyond,” Ann said.

New COO and CFO for NDN Group
Also coming on board is Dennis Li as COO and Wilson Toe as CFO of NDN Group.
In his new position, Li will oversee the group’s daily operations and is responsible for leading sales, business development and driving growth of NDN Group across all markets, while Toe will oversee the financial and accounting functions of the group’s companies.
Li brings more than 15 years of experience in leading high-performance businesses and is strategically poised to deliver revenue growth and profit, harness market potential and prepare NDN Group for its next chapter.
He has held various leadership positions in both traditional, digital, e-commerce and MICE companies, including sales at Buy Together Hong Kong Ltd, South China Morning Post, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hachette Filipacchi Hong Kong.
During his five-year tenure at the South China Morning Post, Li assumed a general sales management role and led local and China business units to develop new products and achieve sales targets, covering print, digital and
integrated marketing solutions.
Toe, an experienced CFO and company secretary with more than 20 years of experience in the finance and business industry, has demonstrated his ability to streamline operations, drive growth and to increase efficiency, profits and enterprise value.
He has held various strategic positions in Hong Kong and overseas, including financial controller for Colliers Jardine Group, and controller for Concorde Tools Corporation in Vancouver. Before taking the financial helm at these companies, he was company secretary for Goldman Sachs Group.
“Asia Pacific and China remain core competitive, dynamic and creative regions in the world for NDN Group, and I believe this new leadership team will help reshape our expanding business, continue delivering growth for our clients and the group, and bring significant value to our management team,” Ann said.
